Roles and Responsibilities:

● Work in a blended environment, handling customer queries through inbound and

outbound calls.

● Maintain adherence to departmental productivity and quality benchmarks.

● Aim for achieving a first-call resolution to successfully recover outstanding balances.

● Professionally manage correspondence with customers.

What we're looking for:

● Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.

● Top-notch communication skills: You’re a natural communicator who can effortlessly

engage with international clients.

● Experience: Proven experience in International voice process, particularly in US Debt

Collections.

● Positive Attitude: You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to bring energy to our

team.

● Team Player: Collaboration is key, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment.

● Availability: Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate International time zones.

● Open to commute to our Noida office as this position is fully “Work from Office”.
