Job Description

Role Overview:

Teleperformance is hiring for Customer Support Associate for Ecommerce Process. This role requires professional with excellent English verbal & written communication skills who can handle customer queries effectively.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat professionally & accurately
Ensure timely resolution of complaints & maintain customer satisfaction
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when required

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate/Undergraduates both can apply
Excellent English verbal & written communication
Fresher's/Experienced both can apply (BPO/Voice experience preferred)
Ability to work in Night shifts & rotational shifts
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced
Good listening skills and patience in dealing with customers

Compensation:

CTC Rs.23,000

Work Schedule:

5days working

2days Rotational week off

Work from Office
