Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident and professional US Caller to join our team in Virar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound or inbound calling to US-based clients, along with a clear US accent, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US clients and respond to inbound inquiries when needed
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or solutions
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and KPIs
• Handle customer objections and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client follow-ups
• Follow all communication scripts and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a US calling or international voice process role
• Fluent English with a clear US accent (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
