About the Role:

We are hiring Junior US Healthcare Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with US healthcare professionals over phone and email
• Source and screen candidates based on open job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal systems
• Work closely with senior recruiters and account teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Prior experience working in

  US process

  (preferred):
• US Call Center / Customer Support
• US Customer Service / BPO
• US IT / Non-IT Recruiting / Bench Sales
• US RCM / Healthcare support (added advantage)
• Comfortable working

  night shifts

  (non-negotiable)
