Role Overview: As a Candidate Engagement Specialist in U.S. Healthcare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to transition into a client and candidate-facing role with the necessary training provided for you to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include managing end-client calls, engaging and deploying candidates based on client demand, coordinating with healthcare facilities and professionals, building relationships with candidates for repeat deployments, running engagement programs, providing on-call support, and supporting internal communications and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage crucial end-client calls with U.S. hospitals, clinics, and emergency centers, demonstrating excellent communication skills. - Engage and deploy per diem/local candidates according to client demand. - Coordinate in real-time with healthcare facilities and professionals, especially during urgent last-minute changes. - Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates to ensure repeat deployments and retention. - Run engagement programs for travel or permanent nursing and allied roles. - Provide 24/7 on-call support across shifts, including weekends. - Support internal communications, circulars, and training sessions. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual. - Ability to multitask effectively and work independently. - Background as a soft skills trainer or call center trainer is a plus.
