Accounts receivable specialist / AR specialist

You will be joining SureStaff India, an offshore center that supports multiple US On-site entities, including Bodyfitplus Inc and Alliant Personnel Resources LLC. Your primary focus will be on Nursing and Allied roles for clients directly and through VMS/ MSP. As part of our expansion plans, we are in the process of acquiring more companies, with details to be shared post legal formalities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 06 years of experience in the US Healthcare domain, with 0.66 years of AR expertise. Proficiency in billing & invoicing, including invoice/billing dispute management, follow-ups, and collections is essential. You should also be adept with billing applications and the MS Office suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, and any experience in US staffing/recruitment would be advantageous.
