Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or HR administration (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex, SAP) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll tax reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
