• Position: US accounting (AR, AP, and bookkeeping expert)
• Experience: 1-2 years (relevant experience in US accounting)
• Education: +2, Diploma, Bachelor's
• Location: Sec-74 Mohali
• Package: 30k - 40k CTC
• Full-time, Work from office
• 5 days working, US Shifts

Mandatory skills:

• Strong communication skills (English & local language).
• Relevant experience in US accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, POS systems, fuel reports, and tax filings
• Ability to prepare and manage reports independently
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US-based clients for B2B sales coordination, service updates, and account handling.
• Assist fuel station clients with daily sales, expenses, payroll, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Track fuel inventory, prepare daily POS reports, and ensure accurate sales entries.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage shift schedules, and support operations for fuel station customers.
• Prepare P&L reports and tax-related documentation, and work closely with CPAs and senior accountants.
• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution for client accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records, supporting overall accounting and B2B sales operations.
• Learn and apply US accounting standards through structured training and hands-on tasks.
