US Accounting and Finance Recruiter

The company is currently seeking an Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our innovative and growing team. As a Fresher, you will be based in Phase 8, Mohali, working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM on-site. As an Accounting & Finance Recruiter, your responsibilities will include recruiting, screening, and interviewing internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job openings. You will utilize social media and other tools to source and isolate qualified candidates, as well as notify applicants of consideration or rejection. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs, consulting with managers on hiring priorities. This role involves full life cycle recruiting of Accounting/Finance professionals in the US, requiring a strong background in finance within financial services. To qualify for this position, you must hold a degree in B.com, M.com, BBA (Finance), or MBA Finance from an accredited University or College. Knowledge of finance in financial services is considered a plus, along with an understanding of trends and issues in the talent marketplace. This is a full-time position with benefits including food, health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off.
