Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibility 1 Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects/design teams to integrate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems per project specifications. 2 Installation Supervision: Oversee installation of all MEP systems on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations. 3 Testing & Commissioning: Lead and manage testing and commissioning of MEP systems to assure quality and timely completion. 4 Identifying and resolving any technical or logistic problem which arises during facade installation. 5 Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including as-built drawings, design modifications, and updates. 6 Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved designs and standards. 7 Vendor/Subcontractor Management: Finalize and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors according to project BOQ and rates. 8 Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to site teams and res

Preferred candidate profile

Industry Real Estate, Developer Education Diploma in Engineering / B.E Civil Proficiency: Strong understanding and execution skills for mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems. Skills AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, (BIM / REVIT) Relevant Experience 3- 5 Years
