Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities - Job Description - Strong follow up for Sample yarns, Packaging, and on-time submission of samples Minute detailing of account handling and closing of all open works within 24hrs Clear Buyer communication and send reports/trackers on time SAP entries and production follow-up for yarns and packaging PRE-TOPS and TOP samples submissions to the buyer as per guidelines Maintain internal trackers with accuracy Interdepartmental coordination and modus operandi Understanding testing parameters of clients and achieving the same Take care of bookings for shipments and make sure invoice /Packing list are correct Forecasting Gaps in merchandise flow and highlighting the same with solutions Accuracy on reports and report generations weekly / as and when required Organising skills of files & samples.
