Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Operation Theater (OT) department. Ensure smooth functioning of all OT activities, including patient care, surgical procedures, and staff management. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless execution of surgical plans. Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatment plans, and outcomes. Implement quality control measures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
