The individual is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain and logistics operations of an organization. This includes planning, implementing, and coordinating the movement, storage, and distribution of goods, materials, and resources. Key responsibilities include managing teams, negotiating with suppliers, developing strategies to improve supply chain performance, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development & System Design:

Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Implement GraphQL APIs for efficient data fetching and improved frontend integration.

Develop real-time communication features using WebSockets.

Apply reactive programming principles using Project Reactor or RxJava for better performance in asynchronous and non-blocking operations.

Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

2. Database Management & Optimization:

Design and optimize SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and data integrity.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners & Business Teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Promote best development methodologies, security practices, and performance optimization techniques.

4. Deployment, DevOps & Monitoring:

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform for smooth deployments.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.

Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or CloudWatch.

Identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and proactively resolve production issues.

5. Quick Learning & Innovation:

Stay updated with emerging technologies and adopt the best frameworks and tools.

Continuously improve system architecture, scalability, and software quality.

• Any additional tasks or evolving responsibilities as assigned by the management or reporting manager, based on organizational priorities and project needs.

Desired Profile:

• 5 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Strong experience in Caching solutions (Redis, Ehcache, Memcached).
• Proficiency in Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets and Reactive Programming (Project Reactor, RxJava).
• Solid database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization using Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing projects.
