Mandatory Skills : SAP BW IP,SAP BW Extraction-Modelling-Reporting,SAP Datasphere,SAP Native HANA CDS Responsible for implementing and managing data archiving solutions within SAP systems ensuring efficient data lifecycle management and compliance with business and regulatory requirements They work with various SAP modules tools and thirdparty technologies to archive data optimize system performance and improve data accessibility Key Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration Design configure and implement SAP archiving solutions including custom archiving objects and thirdparty tools like OpenText Analysis and Optimization Analyze SAP systems identify archiving needs and recommend optimized archiving strategies to improve system performance and reduce storage costs Process Improvement Collaborate with business users and functional teams to define archiving processes and ensure alignment with business requirements Data Retention Management Implement and manage data retention policies and schedules ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards Problem Solving Troubleshoot archiving and ILMrelated issues providing technical support and solutions Knowledge Transfer Provide training and knowledge transfer to endusers and functional teams System Maintenance Monitor the performance of archiving systems and ensure they operate efficiently Integration Integrate SAP archiving with other systems and tools such as content servers Required Skills and Experience SAP Knowledge Extensive experience with SAP systems particularly in modules like FI CO MM SD and PP Archiving Expertise Proven experience with SAP archiving tools and techniques including DART ArchiveLink and custom archiving objects ThirdParty Tools Experience with thirdparty archiving tools like OpenText Documentum and other ECM systems Technical Skills Strong technical skills in database management system administration and scripting Communication and Collaboration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users stakeholders and technical teams ProblemSolving Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve technical issues Role & responsibilities If Your Profile is matching to above JD please send cv at anitag@intellicsglobal.com @8073224578 Preferred candidate profile
