Job Description

Urgent Required Production Supervisor in manufacturing Company for Chakan, Pune location.

Required Experience: 2 Yrs TO 5 Yrs.

Specialization

Process Knowledge of HMC, VMC, CNC Programming

Skill Required

Knowledge from Manufacturing Industry, able to work in shifts, knowledge of Operating, programming, Setting CNC, VMC, HMC, Fixture, QMS and Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production
Man power planning and handling in the shift.
Must be able to understand WI, Critical, Major & Minor parameters of Product.
Knowledge of configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability
To implement the in process rejections and take corrective actions to prevent the rejections.
To Follow up 5S, Kaizen on shop floor and SAFETY NORMS being followed during their shift.
Positive attitude and Leadership Quality
Good Experience & Instrument handing Vernier / Micrometre / APG Pistol / Calliper / Guages
