Job Role : Infection Control Nurse Job Location : Bangalore Experience : 4-10 Years Education : BSc Nursing 1) B.Sc Nursing 2) Certification of infection control 3) Experience in working as an ICN (infection control nurse) Job Overview You will work closely with quality nurses and ICN at bedside and care centers to improve overall quality, including preventing hospital-acquired infection at partner hospitals. The successful candidate must build strong working relationships and bring positive energy and curiosity. Initiate and manage targeted projects to reduce and prevent infection control at select partner hospitals Develop, review, and update infection control policies, procedures, and protocols in line with regulatory standards and current best practices. Provide ongoing education and training for healthcare staff at partner hospitals infection prevention, including hand hygiene, bundle compliance, biomedical waste management Work with partner hospitals to monitor and track hospital-acquired infections (HAIs), including data collection, analysis, reporting and corrective actions. Conduct and analyse regular audits of infection control practices, including hand hygiene, and bundle compliance to ensure compliance with guidelines and best practices. Teach and train infection control link nurses, both at care centers and at partner hospitals.
