Job Description

Role & responsibilities l Managing Sales of Home Loan Product l Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them l Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection l Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations and current market trends l Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service l Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service l Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity l Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically l Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets Following locations we have urgent requirement Kanuru Vidyadharapuram Eluru Guntur Nrpet Chirala Ongole Tiruvuru Tadepalligudem Machilipatanam Preferred candidate profile l Graduate with 3 to 5 plus years of experience into home loans sales or mortgage loan sales l Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. l Experience in customer relationship management. l Experience managing and directing a sales team. l Excellent written and verbal communication skills. l Dedication to providing great customer service.
