Urgent Opening : Senior SEO / Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced SEO professional to lead and execute impactful SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in off-page and technical SEO, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. The role requires managing end-to-end SEO projects, leveraging the latest AI tools for research, analysis, and reporting, and confidently handling client interactions.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conducting keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases for targeting.
• Own reporting dashboards for SEO KPIs for impressions, clicks, organic traffic, bounce rates, page load times, page rankings and other relevant metrics and provide regular insights to content team for strategy.
• Optimizing website content and structure for improving visibility and relevance to target keywords.
• Research and analyse keywords to identify topics, recommended density and create a process framework for the content team
• Performing technical SEO audits and addressing issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with content creators, developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates, content creation, on page titles, meta tags, web/app page URLs, schema, image optimisation, site architecture, page responsiveness, marketing campaigns etc.
• Create partnerships for content with guests, industry leaders
• Develop and execute ideas on content hacks like web stories, calculators, link magnets, infographics etc.
• Staying informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools to continuously refine and enhance SEO strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO web languages like WIX, SHOPIFY and Directory sites like godaddy and yell will be an add-on.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• 4+ Years of Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of driving measurable results through SEO initiatives.

• 4+ years' of SEO experience.
• Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing

• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certification in SEO, such as Google Analytics or Google AdWords certification, is a plus
• Experience in the Home Decor, Locksmith industry will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
