Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of Salesforce QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases on time and within budget.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and enhancements in Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management) to identify defects and provide feedback for improvement.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to track project progress and identify trends.

Job Requirements :

10-18 years of experience in software testing or related field with expertise in Salesforce QA.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team remotely or virtually.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and version control systems like Git.
