1. Check and analyse all incoming raw materials used for production i.e. Paper, Starch, Inks, BOPP tape, Box Stripping patti, Stitching wire and maintain records of all test reports.
2. Responsible for online sampling analysis WIP material finished products as well as final analysis of boxes or cartoon as per customers sample for corrugation unit, printing unit, gluing unit, stitching unit and up to the dispatch
3. Maintain and update all records related QC of incoming Raw material, online sampling and finished products
4. Maintain all QC lab equipment and ensure 3rd party calibration are done as per the schedule
5. Retain sample of finished products, customer wise for resolution of complaints in future
6. Responsible for keeping QC lab and are in hygienic and safe condition
7. Ensure continuous improvement in quality of products and R&D of boxes or cartons
8. Send QC related daily reports to reporting manager on daily basis.
9. Ensure all QC teste s and analysis are completed daily and submit the report before the end of shift
Gaining feedback form the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports and assisting external auditors during inspection / plant audit.
1. Excellent communication and listening skills
2. Strong attention to detail observation, organizational, and leadership skills
3. In depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
Able to discuss safety standards to follow during production with production team to achieve high quality standards
