Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize training pipelines for LLMs. Fine-tune pre-trained models like ChatGPT to align with specific use cases and business needs. Develop and curate high-quality datasets for supervised learning and model training. Perform hyperparameter tuning to enhance model performance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and align AI models with organizational goals. Test and validate trained models to ensure they meet performance and accuracy benchmarks. Monitor and troubleshoot AI models during training and deployment phases. Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and OpenAI technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in OpenAI APIs and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) . Expertise in Supervised Learning and dataset preparation.
