Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 procurement professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Manage the complete
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
lifecycle in SAP, including PR creation, PO issuance, GRN, invoice verification, and PO closure.
Design and maintain procurement dashboards and trackers for spend analysis, team performance, and SLA adherence using Excel or Power BI.
Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable tax regulations (GST, TDS, import duties) and internal audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT) to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Lead and establish communication with the clients.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement process and data accuracy.
Willingness to work

rotational shifts
based on business needs.
Support urgent procurement cycles, month-end closures, and critical project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree ,Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Hands-on experience with SAP , HANA, ECC MM, SD, FI/CO modules.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and procurement analytics tools.
SAP or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
