Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Helpdesk Support Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Helpdesk Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and handling help desk inquiries. Daily tasks will include offering printer support and addressing computer hardware-related problems. The candidate will be required to work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
