Key Responsibilities:

Review interviewer profiles, documents, and information submitted for verification.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of IT and Non-IT interview panels before activation.
Monitor interview quality, panel activity, and adherence to platform guidelines.
Coordinate with Operations, SME, and Recruitment teams to resolve discrepancies.
Track interview assignments and identify quality gaps or inconsistencies.
Maintain updated records, logs, and reports for interview panels and processes.

First 3 month it will be an internship program. Based on performance it will be converted into a full time employment.
