What Will You Drive?

• Create engaging and impactful storyboards and content for leadership and behavioral skills training programs.
• Design and deliver leadership development courses, including Transactional Analysis, Conflict Management, and Time Management (Eisenhower Matrix).
• Develop comprehensive learning materials such as navigational guides, learning specialist guides, and course content.
• Utilize models like 6D or Action Mapping (preferred) to design advanced training solutions.
• Manage the complete learning solution lifecycle, from needs analysis to post-training evaluation.
• Use pre- and post-training data analysis to measure and demonstrate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2 years in Learning and Development or Instructional Design roles.
• Certifications: L&D or coaching certifications (e.g., DiSC, Train the Trainer (TTT)) are an added advantage.
• Expertise:
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering both classroom and e-learning modules.
• Analytical skills to assess learning needs and measure training outcomes.
• Project management abilities to handle multiple learning initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Location- Gurgaon (Work From office)
