Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls to explain products like Sports Floorings & Antibacterial Coatings.
Identify potential customers (schools, clubs, societies, gyms, hospitals, etc.).
Convert leads into sales through follow-ups and strong communication.
Share product details, pricing, and solutions based on customer requirements.
Maintain daily reports, lead sheets, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with the technical/operations team for site visits and order processing.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients for repeat business.
