Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and communication-savvy Tele calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist customers in filling out required forms, and collect basic details efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and have good data entry and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to guide them through form-filling processes.
• Receive inbound calls and assist callers with form-related queries.
• Collect and update accurate customer information (name, age, contact, email, etc.) in the system.
• Explain product or service details briefly if required.
• Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on incomplete forms and pending submissions.
• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with internal policies.

Working Hours:, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
