Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers to promote loan products and services - Provide information on loan offers, interest rates, and eligibility criteria - Identify potential customers and generate leads - Follow up with existing customers for loan repayment and new loan offers - Meet daily calling targets and achieve sales goals - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications Required Skills: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Basic knowledge of loan products and services - Proficiency in handling CRM software and databases Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (telecalling, sales, ) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
