URGENT HIRING FOR SALES MANAGER (International Sales)

Position: Sales Manager International IT Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Acquire and expand a portfolio of corporate clients through networking and marketing.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present solutions.
• Analyse market trends and track competitors closely.
• Promote the companys IT Services, Salesforce CRM Implementations, and Web Application Development solutions.
• Prepare MIS including records of sales, revenue, etc.
• Build long-term client relationships and leverage them for business growth.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Experience in International Business Development / IT Services Sales.
• Knowledge of software development terminologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Market knowledge, ability to build rapport, time management & planning skills.
