Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat, or both, depending on the process.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.
Adhere to company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Document interactions and maintain customer records accurately.

Requirements

:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice/chat/blended process.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools (preferred).
