  About the Role
  Cogniter Technologies is seeking an experienced and innovative Generative AI Expert to join our AI/ML team. In this role, you will lead the development of intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI agents.   Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon.

  • Build and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-driven systems.

  • Create modular AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks.

  • Implement semantic search with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS.

  • Deploy real-time inference using high-performance engines such as Groq.

  • Optimize token usage, context windows, and overall model performance.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into live products.

  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and multimodal systems.

  Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP-focused projects.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with RAG architecture, LangChain, and vector search.

  • Proficient in Python and/or Node.js for AI/ML development.

  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model deployment.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI inference engines like Groq or similar.

  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).

  • Exposure to MLOps and full AI model lifecycle management.

  • Understanding of multimodal AI systems involving text, image, or speech inputs.
