Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries through mail & chat process in NBFC.
Raising the customer issues and complaints to the concerned department in the organization.
Ensure resolution of customer service issues within pre-defined TAT by regularly following up with the concerned departments.
Sending important communication of customers.
Ensure the standard of quality and brand value while interacting with customers for resolving the queries and complaints.
Reduction in customer service issues raised by customers.
Sending communication to customer through various modes available like email or phone call.
