Unit Manager – Inbound & Outbound Channel

Location: Secunderabad (Hyderabad)*

Process: Inbound Channel Sales

Max CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Day Shift with 5days working with Alternate Saturday off with Sunday fixed off.

Candidates must befluent in English/Hindi one regional language Kannada, Tamil, Odia & Malayalam

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Unit Managers to lead and manage the Inbound Channel Team at our Hyderabad Contact Centre. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end inbound operations including Inbound Voice, FRM, and a dedicated NIYO team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team consisting of Team Leaders + 25 Customer Care Associates across Inbound Voice, Insurance, Deposits & CASA Sales.
• Drive team productivity and ensure all performance KPIs are met.
• Ensure strict compliance across all processes.
• Analyze performance gaps and initiate corrective action plans.
• Push sales outcomes and deliver exceptional ESQ on every customer interaction.
• Maintain process discipline and operational excellence.

Experience Required:

• 5–7 years as a Unit Manager in Inbound Voice/Outbound Sales.
• 8–10 years overall relevant experience in contact center sales.
• Strong track record in team handling, sales performance, and process compliance.
