Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales and enrollment targets.
    • Plan and execute various B2B and B2C marketing activities, including conducting seminars in schools, universities, townships, and corporate setups.
    • Identify new market segments and profitable business opportunities by tracking market trends and competitor activities.
    • Interface with parents and educational institutions, delivering need-based product solutions and ensuring effective merchandising and product visibility.

  • Team Leadership & Operations Management:
    • Lead, motivate, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals and counselors to enhance performance and achieve targets.
    • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth functioning.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, track performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
    • Address employee issues, resolve sales conflicts, and foster a positive working relationship between sales, academic, and operations teams.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Champion the entire student/customer cycle: prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support.
    • Ensure speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction and retention levels.
    • Promote positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
