Job Title: Junior Architect Role in a Developers Firm

Department:Design & Development
Location: Malad

Salary - Up to 20-25K

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday's off)

Office timings - 10.30 am to 6.30 pm

Role Overview:

The Junior Architect will support the architectural design and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role involves assisting in conceptual design, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing concept designs, master plans, and architectural layouts.
Prepare CAD drawings and presentation materials.Support documentation for planning approvals, building permits, and construction drawings.Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors.Conduct site visits to track progress and ensure design adherence.Assist with material research, design detailing, and BOQs as required.Maintain design standards, following codes, guidelines, and sustainability practices.Participate in design reviews and contribute fresh ideas to improve overall project value.Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop & Microsoft Office.Strong graphic and visualization skills with attention to detail.Basic understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project stages.Ability to multitask, take direction, and work collaboratively in a team.Good communication and presentation skills.Passion for real estate development and innovative design.Experience:02 years of relevant experience.Experience in real estate development projects is a plus.What We Offer:
