What Will You Drive? As a CA Industrial Trainee, you will support financial analysis, cost control, and revenue assurance. Your responsibilities will include: P&L management and analysis: Monitoring margins and costs to ensure budgets are met. Comparing monthly P&L against budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis, and identifying areas for improvement. Quarterly Operating Plan (QOP) preparation: Working with cross-functional teams to prepare and consolidate budgets into a Quarterly Operating Plan. Revenue assurance and execution: Ensuring revenue realization aligns with seller and channel partner guidelines. Preventing revenue leakages due to technical issues or process flow errors. Headcount management and productivity analysis: Managing headcount reports and analyzing month-on-month productivity across functions. Business expansion and cost analysis: Reviewing retail store expansion, rental yield, and support office cost requirements. Collaborating with Business Finance and other teams to suggest strategies for EBITDA improvement. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial management. The ideal candidate should have: Cleared CA Inter and be eligible for industrial training as per ICAI norms Understanding of financial statements, P&L management, variance analysis, and budgeting Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred Attention to detail with a data-driven approach to problem-solving Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support financial decision-making Interest in business finance, cost optimization, and revenue assurance Note: Only candidates available to join within 7 days will be considered.
