Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert potential clients in the Jagdalpur region
• Promote insurance & financial products through field visits
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations & documentation
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients and ensure after-sales service
• Participate in training sessions and product updates

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience (BFSI, Insurance, Loans, FMCG)
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills
• Local candidates from Jagdalpur or nearby areas preferred
• Willing to work in a field sales role and meet targets
