URGENT -Field Sales Executive

Role Summary :

This is a pure field sales role, focused on expanding market presence, generating leads, andsupporting the BDM in achieving sales targets. The role does not involve product creation oritinerary development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to travel agents, corporate offices, and potential clients.
• Support the BDM in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and market outreach.
• • Present Dreamland Escapes’ offerings clearly and confidently to potentialcustomers.
• • Promote domestic and international travel services (FIT, GIT, MICE) as percompany guidelines.
• Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly for conversions.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows to represent the brand.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and market trends.
• Ensure excellent client servicing and relationship management

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5years of successful sales experience in the travel and tourism sector.

• Strong professional network across corporates, travel agencies, and institutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Self-driven, strategic thinker with leadership abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation techniques.

• Fluent in English; Hindi/Bengali preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
