Upwork Bidding Expert

At MindCrew Technologies Pvt. Ltd. , we specialize in delivering high-quality IT solutions and digital services to clients across the globe. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Upwork Bidding Expert with 1–2 years of experience in managing and winning freelance projects on Upwork and other similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, bid, and secure relevant projects on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.
• Write compelling and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements.
• Maintain a high conversion rate of proposals to successful projects.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
• Keep track of bids, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Regularly update management about lead generation and project acquisition status.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and client handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to draft professional and persuasive project proposals.
• Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, and Digital Marketing.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
• Knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
