Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant jobs on

  Upwork and other freelance portals

  daily.
• Write

  custom, high-converting proposals

  tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain a consistent

  pipeline of qualified leads and follow-ups

• Track, analyze, and improve proposal conversion rates.
• Communicate effectively with clients during the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• 13 years of proven experience in

  Upwork or similar bidding platforms

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services
• Ability to identify client pain points and pitch suitable solutions.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
