Upwork Bidder / Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly search, filter, and identify quality projects matching our services.
• Write engaging and customized proposals to increase conversion.
• Communicate with potential clients and set up calls when required.
• Maintain daily/weekly bidding targets and track performance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in bidding and winning projects on Upwork / Freelancer platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of IT/Digital/Marketing services (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently with consistency.

Salary / Compensation:

• Fixed base salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Attractive incentive/commission on every successfully closed project.
• Performance-based increments after 3 months.
