Job Description:

We are looking for an Upwork Bidder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Search for jobs daily on Upwork and other freelance websites
• Write and send custom proposals to clients
• Chat with clients and answer their questions
• Schedule meetings or calls when needed
• Keep track of all proposals and follow up with leads
• Coordinate with our team to understand the services we offer

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience bidding on Upwork or similar platforms
• Good communication skills in English (writing and speaking)
• Basic understanding of services like web design, development, SEO, or digital marketing
• Must be organized, punctual, and serious about work
• Must be willing to work from our office location
