Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Inhouse Sales Executive to join our jewelry team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate jewelry solutions. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing sales. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing inquiries. Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in in-house sales, preferably in the jewelry industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of jewelry products and trends in the market. Strong negotiation skills and sales acumen.
