Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna. As a UPSC & PCS Faculty member, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating comprehensive study materials, conducting practice sessions and mock tests, and providing guidance and mentorship to students. You will play a critical role in helping students understand complex concepts, prepare for exams, and achieve their academic goals.

• Excellent knowledge of UPSC and PCS exam patterns and syllabus
• Strong teaching and lecturing skills
• Ability to create and manage study materials
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to student success
• Experience in mentoring and guiding students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Prior teaching experience in UPSC or PCS coaching is a plus
