Role: Unix System Administrator Market Data

Experience:

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years

of Unix system administration experience, preferably in a financial or trading environment.
Strong knowledge of

market data infrastructure

Expertise in

Unix shell scripting, automation tools, and

configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
Hands-on experience with

trading platforms, low-latency networking, and market data providers

(Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.).
Proficiency in

system monitoring tools

(Nagios, Splunk, Grafana, etc.).
Familiarity with

cloud technologies

(AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills in

networking (TCP/IP, Multicast, FIX Protocol).
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial data security standards is desirable.
