University Intern-AP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented University Intern-AP to join our finance team in India. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in accounts payable and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Support the finance team in managing invoices and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
• Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
