Universe Specialist - Associate

As a Universe Specialist at Coalition Greenwich in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the list of companies and individuals to be approached for research studies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining the list based on requirements, historical information, client recommendations, third-party sources, research, and verification. - Providing support during the interviewing period to ensure accuracy of company and contact information. - Researching and addressing questions regarding list accuracy and making recommendations for process improvements. - Collaborating with the study manager to establish qualifying requirements, update activities, timelines, dependencies, and budget requirements. - Soliciting and entering client recommendations, organizing verification efforts, and conducting primary research using third-party data sources. - Updating demographics, reviewing company qualifications, identifying appropriate persons to approach, and ensuring an accurate and executable list. - Monitoring accuracy of updates and addressing issues regarding list accuracy. Qualifications/ Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 2-5 years of experience in building and maintaining lists of business contacts for market research surveys. - Strong MS Excel skills for list manipulation. - Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and quality. - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Experience working with matrix teams and knowledge of list sources and industry practices. - Familiarity with global markets and the financial industry is a plus.,
