Universal Banker

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering quality service to customers by performing various transactions such as cash deposits, cash withdrawals, accepting instructions for FD breaks, and effecting internal account to account transfers. It is essential to ensure that all services are provided accurately and warmly. Additionally, you will assist in managing customer traffic efficiently, recommend workflow changes for better customer service, and contribute to branch performance through referrals and efficient customer service. You will also be involved in general reconciliation, compliance activities, sales referrals, and educating customers about alternate banking channels. Key Responsibilities: - Take reasonable care for the health and safety of co-workers and others affected by your actions. - Co-operate with Management to support and promote health and safety in the workplace. - Ensure actions do not put others at risk and work in a healthy and safe manner. - Encourage others to work in a healthy and safe manner. - Report all accidents, incidents, and hazards in the workplace. Qualifications: - Graduation or Post-graduation degree. - 1 to 4 years of overall experience. - Banking knowledge. - Understanding of front and back office processes and procedures. - Good interpersonal skills. - Strong communication skills. - Team-playing ability.
