Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales:Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitive offerings.Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.Needs Analysis: Understand clients preferences, budgets, and requirements to offer tailored travel solutions.Proposal Preparation: Create customized travel itineraries and proposals based on client needs.Presentation: Present travel options and proposals to clients effectively, highlighting unique selling points.Sales:Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings by providing compelling and persuasive information.Booking Management: Handle all travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and activities.Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.Promotional Activities: Promote travel packages through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and travel expos.Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and industry contacts.Post-Sales:Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues before, during, and after their travels.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.Follow-Up: Maintain contact with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar sales role within the travel industry.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
