About the Role We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and expand our strategic partnerships and enterprise sales initiatives. This role requires a relationship-first mindset, with a focus on growing existing partnerships (brokers, insurance companies, Fortis Healthcare) and securing direct B2B clients. You'll serve as the primary liaison between United We Care and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration, partner success, and corporate client satisfaction across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partner Relationship Management Own and nurture relationships with insurance brokers, hospitals, and insurance providers to drive indirect B2B lead generation and client onboarding. Co-create activation strategies, joint campaigns, and training sessions with partner teams. Ensure United We Care offerings are deeply embedded in partner portfolios. 2. Corporate Sales & Enterprise Account Management Lead the full-cycle sales process for enterprise clients, from outreach and pitching to onboarding and relationship nurturing. Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR leaders, and wellness heads. Ensure high levels of satisfaction, adoption, and renewal among key accounts. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to streamline implementation and service delivery. Capture feedback and market insights to influence product enhancements and marketing assets. 4. Reporting & Revenue Management Track pipeline growth, engagement metrics, and account-level revenue against targets. Maintain up-to-date CRM records and share accurate forecasts with leadership. Monitor renewal cycles and proactively manage upsell opportunities. 5. Market Engagement & Industry Visibility Represent United We Care at HR conferences, wellness expos, and insurance forums. Travel as required to meet with partners and clients across India. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving wellness demands. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5–8 years in EAP, health-tech, insurance partnerships, HR tech, or corporate wellness. Expertise: Proven success in enterprise account management, consultative B2B sales, or channel partnerships. Industry Understanding: Deep familiarity with how wellness services are positioned via insurance brokers and HR teams. Nice to Have Experience working with partners like hospitals, insurance brokers, insurance companies , etc. A strong network within the HR, insurance, or brokerage ecosystem. This individual will work closely with the founders to drive investor relations, financial planning, fundraising strategy, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in high-growth startups, technology, SaaS, or AI companies, with strong financial modeling, storytelling, and investor engagement skills. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations (IR) · Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors. · Build and maintain an investor communication strategy, including quarterly updates, reports, and pitch materials. · Support ongoing fundraising efforts (Series A and beyond) – prepare investor decks, data rooms, and coordinate due diligence. · Map and maintain relationships with VCs, strategic investors, and ecosystem partners globally. Requirements · 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, strategy consulting, FP&A, or investor relations roles (startup or tech background preferred). · Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. · Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills – ability to craft compelling narratives for investors and partners. · Knowledge of fundraising processes, SaaS metrics, and startup finance. · Network or exposure to global venture capital ecosystem is a plus. · Self-starter, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.
